"Black City Parade" by Indochine: Ah, yes, part of my tour of French pop music in honor of Arthur and Eames together in Paris...

"Glasgow" by Shout Out Louds: This entire album is one of my top albums of the past few years. Every song on it is gold. 

"It's Not My Fault I'm Happy" by Passion Pit: Another of my top albums of the past few years! Another album where every song is gold!

"Stay (Faraway, So Close!)" by U2: OMG IT'S MY BANG & CLATTER SONG.

"La La" by Ashlee Simpson: Yes, I have this entire album on here. Yes, I still love this album. This was a great album, okay? 

"Hard to Find" by the National: I was not as crazy about this album as everyone else was when it first came out, but it's definitely grown on me. 

"Circles" by Shout Out Louds: Again that album. Sometimes my shuffle gets stuck on the same artist. 

"Shut Your Eyes" by Snow Patrol: Snow Patrol makes the best writing music. The end. 

"Brick" by Ben Folds: I went through a period of time in college (because that's how old I am) when I was obsessed with this song. 

"Tonight I Have to Leave It" by Shout Out Louds: See? Stuck on an artist.

Oh wow... Thank you!! I'm so glad that you've found them interesting/enjoyable. They were never really intended as 'reviews' as such to begin with - I never thought anyone would want to actually read them. I just needed to vent my own feelings about it, so a lot of it is personal reflection/thinking aloud, so to speak, which makes it that much more of a relief that people not only don't think I'm insane for writing them - they actually like them. Thank you for being so lovely, and for putting up with my many unrelated posts since following me. :-P

I love mentioning you guys to my parents/family, I'll be like blah blah blah so-and-so likes this, or said that, and my parents just focus real hard and think, then ask if that's the girl from the internet who lives in Canada, or America, or is that the one who loved the rats in Australia. They try so hard to get you guys right, and stuff. 

They know a few of you. Because you're RL friends, I've met.

Oh my gods. 

1. What are your nine favorite games?

In no particular order... My nine fave games. 

Final Fantasy VI. The characters and the plot and just the little things are wonderful. Now this is a game I would love to see fully redone. Even if it doesn't get fully redone, I'll always love the little 8bit sprites. 

Final Fantasy VII. This game has become a love hate for me. I love it because it was really well written even with some differences from the Japanese translation apparently getting lost. Again, the characters were great. And on the hate side, the characters have become a bicycle for Square. Cloud and Sepiroth - they're in EVERYTHING and that's what's made me to stop liking them. It was over saturation of the characters. 

Final Fantasy Tactics (Original and War of the Lions). Oh. My. Gods. I love War of the Lions. (sometimes I feel like I'm a little too dumb to pick up on the subtleties of war and stuff, but I still enjoy the game.) They have voices and cut scenes that make me squee. I fell in love with the voice for Delita. It's rich and filled with lore and mystics and shows how wonderfully history can be twisted into what you know now. 

Tetris. Seriously, it's fun game. When it gets going, it's a little panic inducing. 

Final Fantasy VIII. I love it. Plot holes included. It was the first game that didn't have the polygraphics and the cut scenes took my breath away. For the time, they were stunning. Final Fantasy X is another one that was up there with stunning graphic detail. 

Halo. It's a game I can't really play just because I get motion sickness. I do love it. It's all shiny and pretty with great weapons. And it gave me Red Vs. Blue. 

Legends of Dragoon. I. It. This game. Serious love for it. I have never seen anything like it and I am in love with it. I want to find my copy so I can replay it. 

Mario Party 8. I think that's the one. It's for the WII and I get a huge kick out of it. I can actually get my mum to play too. 

The last one is a toss up between Limbo and Skullgirls.

Final Fantasy Tactics: War of the Lions.
