Kagami does not have the immediate deja-vu that felix does because her childhood is very similar, it only starts once she gets to Paris. She walks the path to the Dupain Cheng bakery without knowing how she knows where or what it is or what she likes. She goes to challenge the best at the D'argencourt Fencing club, only to find the competition lacking.
She vaguely knows Chloe, and it's best to keep them apart until she gets some character development. And her friendship with Blake is very basic. Though she does have a habit of jumping to his defense when someone *cough* Lila *cough* wont leave him be. Just because their friendship is forced doesn't mean they're not friends. Then everything changes when she finds her miraculous.
Pandora is essentially Prometheus' in between and to him, his last hope. By activating second chance before entering the burrow and returning to the save point she doesn't get the kickback Felix did.
Later, she can also use her power to rewind Felix a bit once in the burrow to a state closer to sanity. One of these days he'll get out a full lucid sentence.
Pandora mostly acts to keep Hawkmoth from getting the miraculous before any of the heroes can, while also trying to track down the true Ladybug and Chat Noir since they don't know what happened to them.
She befriended Alya online to try and figure out what could have happened to Marinette and Adrien. If she could stand Chloe long enough she might use her to get close to the class, but so far no dice. Blake is too anti-social to do the same.
