Modern Gelphie AU

Takes place many years after "For Good" in our modern world in the future. The pain of losing Elphaba became too much for Glinda and she made a severe decision...

Not a day went by without her thinking about Elphaba. Not a night went by that she didn't dream about her. Glinda could no longer live her life without Elphaba by her side. She had tried. But it has become unbearable.

When the device got connected to her head, it lit up green. Almost all of her thoughts and feelings were filled with memories of the other witch. For the very last time, Glinda allowed herself to think of Elphaba once more. For good.

Then her memories kept fading already...

And got replaced by something else. Something from a world in which Elphaba never existed.

Then all of a sudden Glinda realised what a huge mistake she's just made and told the doctors to stop. But it was already too late and the device turned pink again...
