Going on holiday soon!
I plan to drink while on holiday, however will use the week to reflect, grow and plan my sobriety on return to the UK. I don’t have any commitments coming up that would require me to drink/feel like I should be drinking, so that will help. It’ll just be weekends in the house share I live in to get through. I really hope I can stick to it this time. It’s frustrating though as I’ve been doing well while drinking recently, so it makes the need to be sober much less. Hmm...
I need this tattooed on my hand so I never forget it ha ha

Day 1
Yesterday was originally day 1, but 5 beers later and it wasnt! It’s okay though, I’m even more ready for sobriety today.
I’m working Tuesday to Friday so can get through the week easily. I’m confident right now that I can get through the weekend also. I just have to keep reminding myself of why I’m doing this, of why it’s quite so important that I stop drinking now.
Time for a cuppa!!!
