Is it my trust issues or the fact that women are shamed for being vulnerable and honest as it's deemed a weakness if you just be who you are and express your authentic self to the world even if you get hate or other negative consequences for it, thus pushing women to fear opening up again if they have been biten once

Something to ponder over this weekend - how much of what we desire is really what we want or just conditioned to want it? Idk if this art makes any sense but most of my existentialism roots from this daunting question and it haunts me on a daily basis.
