So I wanted to start making my first pair of knit socks. I even found a great pattern, that seems easy enough to follow! I get out my yarn, and my roll of needles that my mom gave me (This thing is cool!) and realize that I didn't have four 2 gage double sided needles. Well fuck. I was really looking forward to making socks when I was on the road this weekend!
