Soft boiled egg -- sounds so simple but so balanced and flavorful with the cauliflower purée & tofu . . . . Soooooo I finally came here after hearing months of praises. Pork soup dumplings were delicious and flavorful, about the same size as Din Tai Fung but the skin is not as thin. Second up is the bacon egg and cheese dumplings (comes in 6 but this is taken after we are one). Very Mimi Cheng style kind of fusion. Skin was good, very cheesy. Beef noodles tasted very homey and the broth is on the lighter side. Beef is very tender and juicy. Chicken Sao Bing is my least favorite. Sao Bing itself is good, crispier and lighter than traditional. I wasn't a fan of the filling flavor tho. Chicken was tender but I'd skip this overall. Quality is great, but very overpriced. I'm proud of them for elevating the price point on good Chinese/Taiwanese food. However it just slightly crossed an imaginary line from pricey but good to good but overpriced.
