    Solomon Islands formed its National Olympic Committee in 1983 and participated in its first Olympics as a country at the 1984 Los Angeles Summer Olympics. They haven’t hosted any Olympic Games, but they’ve participated in 9 Summer Games and 12 Winter Games. The Olympic sports in which the Solomon Islands has competed are Athletics and Weightlifting.
