Day 4? DAY 4!

I'm solving some questions atm. When I started, I felt like studying this chapter had been a waste of time cause I felt like I didn't retain anything. But turns out, I did!

Solving questions is more important than studying the concept, we all know this but I get weirdly scared of working out the questions (ugh, anxieties) which is why I always somehow try to skip them but not anymore, no 😤✋🏻

Anyway, how have y'all been what did you get to learn today?

Also I have a lot of lower back pain when I sit and study the whole day, do you too? If, yes what do you do to prevent it or reduce it?
