Cutieje Crawls Out Of Her Hole Still Not Apologising For Lying About Boroughsburg And Demanding We Take A Post Down (You Can Guess The Response ...)
The U.S. of A is finally going into lockdown over the Coronavirus (sort of ... and a mere month too late - it's The American Way! You know, being behind on getting into sync with the rest of the world ... BluRay, renewable energy, abolishing slavery, world wars ... but hey, they did have Spanish flu before the Spanish did, credit where it's due for being ahead of the curve on that one!).
And it should come as no surprise to anyone that the drama kiddies are feeling bored couped up at home when they could be outside getting fresh air whilst texting 24/7.
(What, us sarcastic?)
One of them, Cutieje, whom no one's heard of for many a year (she disappeared to Second Life amongst other places before you ask - but that place has got 'issues' now ... well, more issues than it already has!), popped up in our Dumblr box this morning.
Potato Ballad Sims and those involved with the stunning Boroughsburg will remember the mess Cutieje and her little posse created back in the summer of 2018, - partly helped by Peartreeisms joining the EA forum to warn everyone that the whole thing was Cutieje and her mates idea of a 'joke':
You'll not be too surprised to learn she is as much of a little treasure as she was the last time out: she is after all Generation Sorry Not Sorry, as the Jazz-Hands half of the operation refers to their peers ...
Er, this isn't 'banter', you little shit. We didn't find one bit of what you did remotely funny.
You spread a pack of lies - and not 'long ago', but a year and a half.
So Jessica Miller aka Cutieje, let's just remind the world of exactly what you said, straight from the arseturnip's mouth:
'The creator packaged it with virus infected pirated items.'
'It messes up your game and your PC screen goes blank.'
'The world is also broken and many have complained on the creator's post in The Sims 3 group about it being infected and broken.'
'[Potato Ballad Sims] allows suicide threats and bullying [on a Facebook forum Potato Ballad Sims wasn't even a member of, let alone ran!]'
Your own words sunshine, posted to The Sims Global Community on Facebook.
When you were flung out of the group for your behaviour, you and your shitty little mates ran up a YouTube channel to double down on your lies. It too was taken down after being multiple reported. But that was the point where any remaining shreds of sympathy for you, any reasonable doubt of computer illiteracy behind your Chicken Licken routine, were truly defenestrated.
(We're proud to say we did our bit with everyone else to defend Potato Ballad Sims' honour - but she's still not getting a coffee out of us!)
And now, here you are again, a year and a half later, not one bit sorry, and still shouting the odds.
You f**ked up. End of. No discuss, no debate, no irrelevent deflections about people being mean to you ... 'Boo hoo hoo, someone told me to drink bleach ...' - is this the bit where we're supposed to go all Rosebot and say 'there there pet lamb, so sorry to hear that, it completely wipes the slate clean of you being a little bumnugget' ?
Guess what? You've brought on an attack of emotional constipation because we really can't give a shit about it.
We don't care if they told you to stick a cocktail umbrella and a maraschino cherry in it beforehand - it is a matter of complete and utter irrelevence to the facts about what you did.
We don't care about the backlash your self-created shitstorm brought unto you - one suspects because of your desire to be 'Internet Famous' (having an Instagram page called 'The Official Cutieje' ... oh dear!)
We don't care if your budgie has piles or your dog the clap either. It was of zero interest to us back then. It's of even less interest now where the whole bloody planet's on lockdown over the biggest pandemic since that cheeky little vintage from 1918 Gripe Española La Muerte Lila.
(Yeah, perspective's a horrible thing to the self-centred mind, isn't it?)
This isn't school or the social work department where bad behaviour is instantly exonerated if you throw up some piece of 'bad stuff was done to me too!' bullshit so they've an excuse not to bother doing their oversalaried jobs in dealing with those overdue a Dr Marten up the backside at Mach 3 (thus leaving it for 'society' to deal with ... which is how 'society' get the 'society' it deserves ... ho hum!)
This is the Simming community. We don't put up with the bumnuggetry other gaming communities are too moronic and weak to put up with. You piss on our chips and call it a balsamic vinaigrette, you'd better be ordering in for everyone in the room a Geno's East pizza and whatever wine Chemical Wibs recommends goes with it before you come within booting distance of us again.
Most of all, we expect an apology - unreserved. Not 'terms and conditions apply', not 'wash before use' or any other provisos.
You certainly don't get to come to us - or anyone else - making demands. Potato Ballad Sims worked damn bloody hard on that Sims 3 town - one of the best ever made - and still adds to it. They didn’t deserve one bit of the treatment you and your mates dished out in a piece of petulent pubescent spite which you’ve shown not one shred of remorse over.
With that, until such times as you make an unreserved apology directly to Potato Ballad Sims, we have nothing more to say to you - and you can consider yourself blocked Cutieje until such time as you do apologise to them.
We've got important Simming and Nooking (ie. playing Animal Crossing) to be doing instead of wasting any more time on some yesteryear ex-teen drama queen unable to accept responsibility for her actions.
Shockingly I have managed to (touch wood) get everything back to how it was! I thought it was going to take me a LOT longer.
Crucially I had managed to rescue not only my packages, saves, library, saved Sims etc but also my Cache files which meant that I didn’t lose any of the stuff I had downloaded via the Launcher. I had also saved my DeviceConfig, Graphics Rules and GraphicCards files so I didn’t have to go through the tedium of getting the game to recognise my graphics card or re-do HQ settings.
When I re-installed Sims3 today I also put it in my D drive and this has helped significantly with memory space- which was the problem that caused the Windows update to freeze and why I couldn’t go back to a previous version of Windows. Also, you have to actually turn on and make restore points on Windows 10- it doesn’t do it automatically, which I wasn’t aware of. Despite having a huge amount of memory on the C:drive, it is already more than half full with Windows, programmes and crap that comes along for the ride and which I can’t delete. When I installed Sims in there I ended up with only 12Gb of space which shrank to 7Gb when I ran Sims or downloaded stuff. Utterly ridiculous and I never had this issue with my old laptop which had half the memory. Now I have 32Gb free on my C: Drive which I am hoping will prevent memory crashes in game in the future (fingers crossed). It still takes ages to load and CAS is a nightmare though hahahaahah! Should probably purge some CC ;P
Anyhoo, if you should be as unfortunate as me to end up with the juddering flashy black screen of death when you sign in on your laptop or PC because of a borked update or another reason, the following is a lifesaver! You need an external device to send the files to (I know they aren’t cheap but I have a 1Tb external drive and it has saved me so many times, so I consider it a good investment).

REPLIES TO OUT-TAKES & DECORATING
Agreed. Half the time I play now is spent taking scenery pics or just going into tab mode and lurking around all the pretty places throughout town. Lol
