     i  can’t  believe  that  my  birthday  twin  is  literally  the  best  person  on  the  planet  (  because  seriously  ,  it’s  an  honor  to  share  a  birthday  with  you  and  it  means  we’re  both  the  coolest  )  .  i  know  that  you’ve  probably  seen  gifs  like  this  done  a  thousand  times  ,  but  i  hope  that  you  like  it  anyway  !      now  ,  to  talk  about  you  because  !!  it’s  your  birthday  ,  duh  ,  you  deserve  it  .  you  are  ,  as  i’ve  said  many  times  before  ,  an  absolute  godsend  .  your  writing  is  amazing  and  i  am  just  so  impressed  at  the  dedication  you  have  to  all  of  your  blogs  .  it’s  seriously  so  impressive  how  well  you  keep  up  with  them  and  keep  an  active  queue  ??  you  deserve  so  much  recognition  and  praise  for  that  .        your  writing  literally  makes  me  just  smile  so  much  because  you’ve  captured  such  an  array  of  characters  and  express  them  all  so  well  .  each  and  every  one  is  so  well  fleshed  out  and  developed  that  it  seriously  is  incredible  .  i  love  getting  replies  from  you  and  you  don’t  know  how  honored  i  felt  when  you  played  the  “ how  many  memes  can  i  send  in  17  minutes ”  game  for  me  (  even  though  i  .  .  .  haven’t  answered  a  single  one  yet  oops  )  .      and  YOU  !  you  are  so  funny  and  sweet  all  of  the  time  .  you  make  me  laugh  so  much  and  i  love  being  able  to  talk  about  broadway  things  with  you  .  i  don’t  say  much  ,  but  i  do  love  listening  to  all  of  your  aus  and  just  honestly  don’t  want  to  interrupt  when  you’re  talking  about  them  .  you’re  such  a  great  friend  and  i  hope  that  you  have  an  amazing  day  !

And then… yeah, just strum down with the other hand.”

“Hélène!” Anatole called, charging through the estate, his cloak billowing behind him as if it were a cape. “Dear sister!” He tried again, hearing no reply from the woman in question. His handsome lips pulled into a frown and he huffed to himself as he made his way up several flights of stairs until he reached his sister’s room. He pulled open the door without a care in the world, expecting to see little more than Hélène herself, if anything at all. However, what he found instead caused him to pause in his tracks, staring blankly ahead of him. 

There was a girl in his sister’s room. A girl who was decidedly not his sister. No, she was shorter, more muscular, less dainty. Her hair was even cropped short if one could believe it. Anatole found his gaze lingering on the girl for a considerable time, as if it was a struggle to process that she was even there at all. “You are not my sister.” He said at last, the phrase sounding ill-mannered and uneducated, even to his own ears. He almost winced at hearing his own words, but he instead played the mistake off, his lips working their way into a smirk. “No, you are far more beautiful.” He amended, his eyes feasting on every inch of the girl’s body.

“I brought wine!” Persephone cheered, stepping off the train with a bottle in her hand. The usual people were there, clapping at her arrival with the same enthusiasm as always. And why wouldn’t they? It was summertime! But there were a few new faces on the road to hell, and her eyes were drawn to the girl nestled next to Orpheus, the boy Hermes cared for, his arm slung over her shoulder. That was new. “Everybody drink up!”
