Kill la Kill Foreshadowings: Episode No.6: "Don't toy with me on a whim"
Hello beautiful people of the internet. My name is Mary and this post will present, as the title suggests, various foreshadowings shown in "Kill la Kill".
Before we get into the sixth episode, I have to warn you that this post is gonna be spoiler-heavy, so I recommend you checking out the series. If you have watched the series and don’t like it, don’t write mean comments. Ok?
It's the first time Ryuko asks her teacher questions, like what him and Tsumugu plan to do. All these questions are answered in the course of the series.
Ragyo calls her daughter and we get a glimpse of where she's, which looks like the rocket she used in the second half of the series.
After Sanageyama's fight with Ryuko (where he loses), he asks Soroi for a favor. We the audience don't know what this is. Later, Sanageyama approaches Satsuki and asks for a second chance. His face all this time is facing the ground. Satsuki denies his ask. Then, Sanageyama lifts his face and Satsuki agrees. We are starting to wonder if that favor has something to do with his face. And then, it turns out that Sanageyama asked Soroi to sew his eyes.
At the beginning of Sanageyama and Ryuko's second fight, Ryuko jokes that "Satsuki has a soft spot after all". The second half of the series shows more of this soft side, by elaborating that Satsuki does care about her comrades and acting all shy when Ryuko and Mako approaches her at the end of the last episode.
Satsuki refusing to watch Sanageyama and Ryuko's fight, for it's not worth it. Anyone who knows Satsuki is sure that this has to do with Sanageyama 's character, rather than the fact at the beginning, he was the one who had the upper had and was about to win. His pride resulted in him losing the match.
That's all I've got to offer. Thank you for reading my post, and I am gonna be back next week. See you soon.😘
