I love American influencers getting all worked up about Bernd das Brot
as a German I always laugh when someone tries to understand what the fuck Bend das Brot is
this depressed, full-of-crap, done-with-everyone’s-shit PIECE OF BREAD THAT ACTS AS A NIGHTTIME TV SCREEN SAVER FOR A KIDS CHANNEL
has CULTURE in germany
it’s just a piece of bread in the white void that hates every bit of what happens in the show
I think most Germans don’t understand either, but man, it’s culture
also should you never have seen Bernd das Brot, here he is:
he's perfect
Random thought I had. If I made a fankid for Espio/Mighty... it would probably end up looking like some version of an Ankylosaurus
Which got a whole bunch of jokes in my head about them having a child ending the extinction of the dinosaurs
Bespoke Atelier Paper Republic, made by Hannah. Inspired by my infatuation with Matthew Bourne's Swan Lake and his version of the black swan.
Specs:
+ custom size, close to their standard A5 but adjusted to fit my Leuchtturm without any overhang
+ black cover, midnight blue lining. Front inner pocket with three pen pockets - silver stitching
+ two outer ribbons in grey i believe, and two inner ribbons in black
+ swan application in black, petrol blue and cognac, with sparkly silver stitching offered to me in communication with the team
I LOVE ITTTTTT <3333
Yeah yeah we've all heard about yandere astarion but what about yandere gale
- say hi to my dad yall!
It's honestly surreal for me to see other people's Captain Cortex art and their little interpretations of this obscure Disney theme park character that barely exists. It's especially strange when I see other artwork of him with black hair, brown eyes, an international orange jumpsuit, and (sometimes) a little bit of chub because I made up a good chunk of that.
Some of it is just my interpretation of certain elements, while others are just there to make him more distinct from Buzzy, since I've based my headcanon design mostly on the animatronic (which was just Captain Cortex retrofitted into Buzzy). So the black hair and the body shape is just for the sake of making him look different, while the brown eyes are an interpretation of the animatronic's black eyes.
Certain aspects are more headcanon lore relevant, so I guess it's time to ramble about that. I'll start with his body type. He's just old. That's literally it. I draw him with a bit of a belly partly because he's supposed to be in his late 30s within the events of my headcanon. Same goes for the way I draw his hair. I don't remember posting drawings of him without his hat, but he does have a receding hairline. None of this is meant to be in a "look at this man, he aged, so he looks bad" way. I don't believe in shaming people for that. There is no body shaming allowed in this house.
As for his uniform, I just like to think he wears that because he hates the new Cranium Command uniform (the one Buzzy's wearing). My interpretation is that Colossal Pictures's Cranium Command took place long before the events of the final version, so they had different uniforms back then. I don't have a proper timeline yet, so I can't exactly say when the uniform change happened.

And God is king of the universe.
