As we all know, Peter is an awkward bean who deserves love
You were the new girl, so you were shy and nervous to be starting out at a new school
Peter was assigned to help you around the school and show you your classes
He would be lying if he said he wasn’t nervous about showing you around

You waited by the main office for Peter and when he saw you he began to feel ten times more nervous

You introduced yourself and then gave him your schedule
He showed you to your first class and it was probably the most awkward thing ever

“Okay so your first class is here. We can meet by those lockers over there, only if you want you know, I can show you your next class. Unless you think you can do it. It’s pretty close but I don’t know.

“Peter, it’s fine, but I think I’ll still need your help. And maybe a friend”
“Yeah, of course. You seem cool”

Soon the teacher dismissed the class and he found you waiting by the lockers he had pointed out earlier

They were whisper fighting for about a minute before Ned nervously introduced himself
Ned and Peter both described every friend group and who you would fit in with
“You’re already trying to get rid of me?”
“No no no no! We just thought you might want to hangout with someone other than us.”
“But I thought we were friends?”
“Oh you were serious about that?”
After that you guys were inseparable
You would often study together and geek out about Star Wars
You were all close but you grew closer to Peter
He always walked you home from school or occasionally he would stay over to study and vice versa
Ned tries to be the ‘love doctor’
He’ll make plans to go out with the two of you and then last minute cancels
You both liked to consider them dates
She’s always asking Peter how you’re doing or when you’ll be coming over
Peter asks her for advice on how to talk to you and how to act
When he finally asked her how to ask you to be his girlfriend she freaked out
They both planned out a date together
He invited you to his apartment and May bought some snacks for you two to eat

Peter slowly and awkwardly got closer to you and put his arm around you

The kiss was short but sweet
“Will you be my girlfriend?”
It was getting late so you decided to leave so he walked you down the lobby

She teased Peter about it the whole way up
The next day at school you greeted Peter with a quick kiss and Ned was both proud and surprised
He calls himself the love doctor now
When you told Michelle she was annoyed
“Please don’t kiss in front of me or I might choke slam one of you”
She secretly loves to help you pick outfits for your dates
Most of your dates are either to the library or the deli
He loves holding your hand
He pays for your food (even though you fight him over it)
He takes you to art museums
He buys you flowers and all your favorite snacks
He takes you on lots of movie dates
When you tell him Spiderman is your favorite superhero he get slightly nervous which you noticed
He slightly brushed off the subject every time you asked him what was wrong
He felt so guilty for lying to you
You were always so honest to him and he wasn’t doing the same
So you went over to his apartment to talk to him again
You went to his room and knocked on the door
There was no answer so you opened the door to find the room empty
You were about to go ask May where he was but then Ned walked in holding his Death Star that he was working on with Peter
“Oh hey Ned, do you know where Peter is?”
“No I thought he was here. We were supposed to finish the Death Star today.”
So you both waited and helped Ned with the Death Star
Then all of a sudden Spiderman swings in through the window and takes off his mask
He turns to reveal himself as Peter
You and Ned basically shit yourselves
Peter explained the whole thing to both of you and he looked so relieved afterwards because he didn’t have to lie to the both of you anymore
So now you and Ned are like his partners in crime
When you and Peter were at the homecoming dance he left to go fight Vulture suddenly and you and Ned rushed to the computer lab to guide him
Then you got caught by a teacher
Ned said you were watching porn
You had never wanted to slap someone so much
So you two had to leave while you worried about Peter the whole time
When Vulture collapsed the building on top of Peter, all he could think of is you
“I can’t leave her...No. No I can do this. She needs me, I need her”

When he pulled through just for you
To keep you safe and protect you
You never left his thoughts the whole time
When he defeated the Vulture, he called you to let you know that he was fine
When he finally returned you stayed with him in his apartment to help him clean up his wounds since he didn’t have his high-tech suit anymore to protect him
You let him vent all his feelings and thoughts that night while you cuddled in his bed
You ran your fingers along the creases of his muscles until he relaxed and fell asleep
His head was on your shoulder and hugging your waist while you rested your head on top of his and fell asleep to
May found you two like that the next morning and couldn't resist taking a picture
That day he confessed his love for you
He took you to the top of a building while in his Spiderman suit and you both watched the sunset over the city
Once it was dark he held you tighter and told you that he loved you
You returned the feelings
It felt surreal being on top of the world with the person you loved
