HC Severus and his S/O side-apparate and she gets splinched. how would he care for her and nurse her back to health and would he feel guilty about it even though it wasn't his fault?
Severus would beat himself up. He would consider it his fault. How could he have lost focus enough to hurt the one he loves!? He should have simply gotten a cab, not resorted to magic. He would immediately go into healer mode and get out copious amounts of dittany and bandages (almost dying has made him paranoid and a pocket is perfect for casting an Undetectable Extension Charm), and he has spells to undo the damage (was it a foot or a finger? Was it something more important/vital?), and he would then act as though she is the most precious and breakable being in the world despite her protests and refuse to let her out of bed until she’s completely well again (of course making sure to make all her favorite foods and stay by her side at all times).
