mmm this scene between sam and lucifer is giving me such dean and amara vibes. lucifer insisting he and sam have this strong bond and that they're made for each other. insisting he can see deeply into sam and knows him better than anyone. sam disgusted and resistant toward lucifer's pull. lucifer promising to bring back sam's parents, wanting sam to be "happy"

Lucifer: Because we're two halves made whole. M.F.E.O. Literally....I'm your real family.

Amara: We're bound, Dean. We'll always be bound. No matter where I am, who I am . . . We will always help each other.

Lucifer: Sam. Come on. I can feel you... scratching away in there. [He looks in a mirror.] Look... I'll take the gag off, okay? You got me all wrong, kiddo. I'm not the bad guy here.

Amara: I see the wariness in your eyes, the mistrust. I don’t blame you. ... It’s incredible. How it endures, the propaganda. He was so threatened by me, fearful that I would make a more perfect creation than he. So, he exiled me. Virtually erased me. Passed on stories that I was a threat.

Season 11 is so crazy to watch when you realize Amara was right for hating Chuck. When she says, “You don’t know what he’s like” she’s being so genuine because Chuck is canonically the worst.
