Hot take #1
"Why do guys think they can bag the baddest?"
Well hun because they can and they have been for centuries. For years women have been dating and marrying men that aren't on their level in the slightest. It's pathetic really. Yet men will require a woman meet more than half the itinerary. Baddies and dream girls have been getting with men who don't check off 1 of the 5 standards she or any other woman has. It's the primary reason they get upset when he breaks her heart and simultaneously shatters her pride. She's mad she let someone she knows is quite frankly beneath her access her. This is the primary reason I say that the majority of men especially the ones that don't qualify for a partner will not be alone. There has been and always will be a bulk of baddies ready and willing to date a guy who isn't on their level and cannot meet their needs and cannot satisfy them. Until women see their worth and act it this will always be this issue. Stop doing charity work babe.

I am a 27 yo blk woman, living in the Midwest. I am currently working as a C.S.R rep making $45k annually. It’s a newly acquired position, and I’m really excited about it. I live in a tiny studio apt. Basically I created this blog, to keep myself accountable with my goals; also to track my progress. I hope to accomplish at least 7 of my goals for the year.

I'll be absolutely transparent here...
I'm on the road to leveling up and living a hypergamous lifestyle, but these thoughts keep creeping in...I wanna be a spoiled girlfriend; to be loved and, well...spoiled by a great and generous man. Someone to buy me gifts and send money, to take me out on nice dates and just show me all being the affluent world has to offer as far as experiences are concerned.
But has anyone ever felt weird thinking about it sometimes? Like, I know there are guys willing to do this for the woman they love, but I'm so used to mindset that you can't have that 'cause you'd be a "gold digger", or you'd be "taking advantage" of them.
Like, I have a job and still plan to have a career in the future. I'm also in school furthering my education, so what's the problem?
Does anyone have any words of wisdom or just solid advice? Please and thank you!
It’s okay to have standards. And it’s okay to stick to them despite what anyone says. You do not have to settle for anything. The perfect person(s) are out there. Develop an abundance mindset and you’ll never feel like you have to settle for anything ever again. #richblackwomen #hypergamy #affirmations #spoiledgirlfriend #spoiledgf #hypergamoushunnie #blackownedselfcare #selfcarecandles #candlelover #blackownedcandleshop #jabaliandco #abundancemindset #mindsetiseverything💯 #levelup⬆️ #levelupchallenge #youdeservethis #candleslover #blackownedcandlecompany #blackgirlspirituality #blackgirlaffirmations #blackgirlrocks #blackfemininity #blackfemdom #blackrelationshipgoals #blackrelationshipsmatter (at Atlanta, Georgia) https://www.instagram.com/p/CFxS0uDBaOv/?igshid=2pglqjisl176
I’m really enjoying all the Black Women In Luxury posts, and IG pages. A few years ago, all the luxury blogs only featured white and non-black WoC. It’s amazing to see any woman living well, but it’s so much more inspiring and motivating to see women who look like me.
