Starro sits in his silks the next morning, drinking some cold water and leaning his head back so he can survey his room upside down.

He keeps thinking of Gangle but.. not in the way he's used to. She's no longer making his stomach flutter. She's not causing him to internally panic and worry over his own mistakes and whatnot.

She just..... feels like a really good friend now. Nothing more.

It's kind of a liberating feeling, if he's being honest, not hacking up flowers every time he thinks of her.

.... now CONNY ON THE OTHER HAND....

Starro curls up a little just thinking about her for a quick second, sensing his cheeks grow incredibly warm. His cheeks almost hurt from smiling too much, just at the thought of her hugs and smile and laugh, and how he finds himself wishing to be at the other end of it all... that's a feeling he knows WAY too well.

"..... f-----------------ck...." He curls up tighter and sinks into his makeshift silk hammock. Staring at his own deep pink stars, he wonders if maybe he should suck it up and tell her before ir gets worse....

.... mmm no. Not yet. Not anytime soon. He has a lot of other stuff to deal with before that.

The first of which being to make sure he's alright and doesn't have any more flowers inside him... which requires a visit to his favorite doctor.
