My hip injury seems to be healing nicely and I've been given the all clear to squat again by my physio! Wooohoo! 💪 Mega happy but I'm still technically recovering, so I'm taking it slow and going light for now using the Smith Machine, focusing on technique and my range of motion more, make sure I keep healing and there's no hurting. As my mum says "slowly, slowly, catchy monkey".
