It has been a wonderful three nights off and I still have two to go :) gotta love a mini vacation. It was much needed.
I didn't do anything fitness wise yesterday except maybe eat good. I finally went food shopping (something I totally dread) and now we are stocked full of fruits and veggies and I have a few new meat-less recipes to try and I am super excited because they look so good. I had thought about doing P90X2 today buuut I decided to keep it kind of "light" meaning no lifting weights cause my arms are still practically Jell-O-like, lifting those freaking 8 pound med balls and weights just didn't seem appealing today.. I swear those things are gonna be the death of me. (yes I am being a bit dramatic) So I did Insanity : Plyo Circuit. I feel like I do this one a lot but I swear I mix them up so I'm not only doing one.
I am seriously wanting a new tattoo. I'm thinking about going and getting one drawn up. I never thought I'd want another after my first one but that didn't last long haha
Week 6 of Nutrition is going by fast. Only four weeks left and I feel like it just started yesterday. This week is basically about vegan and vegetarian diets. Of course that's not all were discussing but that's the main point. Now I must try and study.. good luck, self.
