#squaturday had to be moved to today because i was busy this weekend. I even got @dykebrigade to do some squats! I did 100 at 60lbs and then a variety of body squats to show Bee what she could do. and i gave in and joined a summer challenge. Bah. Happy Monday!

Squaturday delayed

Allergies...I've got 'em and got 'em bad. But that's just half of it. Both my youngest son and my wife have been sick this week. Luckily, I haven't come down with anything. But, I didn't sleep for shit last night due to my wife coughing off and on all night long. I tried moving to the couch, I just can't sleep there for more than 30 minutes. So, I'm tired and moving squats to tomorrow. End pity party.

1RM Squat Day moved to tomorrow

Apparently Mother Nature hates this part of the country right now. Last night, Norman, Oklahoma (which is 10 minutes from my front door) was hit with a tornado. Luckily, the damage was relatively light. But, forecasters have been saying for days that today is the day for massive storms to pop up and wreck shit for our area. With that being said, Daniel and I are moving my 1RM squat day to tomorrow. I'm not really scared of severe weather or tornadoes. But a gym is the last place I want to be if one hits. Better safe than sorry.
