sometimes the things in sf that interest me are just absolutely glossed over
like on atlantis, how do they get their fresh water?! they’re in the middle of the ocean- is there a desalination plant somewhere on the edge of the city? i guess the ancients just solved the pollution problems associated with it? and how does it work when they’re in SPACE? without an ocean?? can they just mush some hydrogen and oxygen together?? i appreciate that the ancients solved clean energy with zpms but i have more questions
