i just did Evan here so I guess Starrose it is... I wasn't 100% sure if the "Star" was Sirius or Regulus so I'm going with Regulus, but if you meant Sirius, I can cook something up.

This isn't a ship I've explored too much (I'm a multishipper but Rosekiller is my absolute favorite so I just have a hard time seeing them with anyone besides each other lol).

I do feel like Regulus and Evan would make a good couple. These are probably gonna suck because I'm not too familiar with the ship, but I'll try.

They judge people together. Like, they'll go people watching and just make rude comments about anyone that walks by. "He seriously thought those shoes looked good with that outfit?" "Did she get the fabric for that dress from my grandmother's bedsheets?" That sort of stuff

They could spend all day in front of the fireplace in the Slytherin common room, just reading and enjoying each other's company.

They love to help each other practice for Quidditch (Regulus is a seeker and Evan is a beater)

I feel like their relationship would sort of occur when both of them are fighting with their usual partners and it would be more of relationship of convenience than anything. Like, it's more than friends with benefits, but less than "this is the love of my life." Definitely just casual dating

They both love to give each other gifts. Regulus will go trinket hunting for Evan and Evan will go looking for antique poetry collections for Regulus.

I'm actually sorry that this sucks. I've never really thought about them together, but I think it's an interesting dynamic. Thanks for the ask!!
