HAPPY NEW YEARS!! And I just want to say may everyone this year have a happy, peaceful, and prosperous life. I know some people this year or more than a year have been through it (me financially and academically but we not gonna go into it🙂) but in 2026 we will be starting fresh. No matter how old or young you are, rather it be college, finding a job, or moving into new surroundings, It is okay to start over. Also, I am very grateful to be on this wonderful app full of wonderful people within amazing communities. And honestly @honeydippedfiction @jayisuninspired @cincyswyt @babygirlburrow You guys are the reason why I decided to stop being anonymous with a blank page and finally use my account to post. I can’t wait to post and reblog more content this year, LOVE YA’LL!!
Jesus returned to the Mount of Olives, but early the next morning He was back again at the Temple. A crowd soon gathered, and He sat down and taught them.
As He was speaking, the teachers of religious law and the Pharisees brought a woman who had been caught in the act of adultery. They put her in front of the crowd. “Teacher,” they said to Jesus, “this woman was caught in the act of adultery. The law of Moses says to stone her. What do you say?”
They were trying to trap Him into saying something they could use against Him, but Jesus stooped down and wrote in the dust with His finger. They kept demanding an answer, so He stood up again and said, “All right, but let the one who has never sinned throw the first stone!” Then He stooped down again and wrote in the dust.
When the accusers heard this, they slipped away one by one, beginning with the oldest, until only Jesus was left in the middle of the crowd with the woman.
Then Jesus stood up again and said to the woman, “Where are your accusers? Didn’t even one of them condemn you?”
“No, Lord,” she said.
And Jesus said, “Neither do I. Go and sin no more.”
—John 8:1-11 NLT
Notice He said “Go and sin no more,” which was an invitation to live a better way, His way. He did not throw stones at her, but He did not tell her that her lifestyle was okay either. Jesus gave her an invitation to not only repent but to start fresh by living in His grace and walking in His way.
We are all given that same invitation.

A quick summary of things that went down while I was away:
The consequences of questionable choices stuff:
Moved rooms within my dorm and realized my new room did not have a mattress. I had to leave town in less than 4 days, so I thugged it out and slept on hard wood.
While I went back home, my toothache got really bad so had to go the dentist. Dentist scheduled an appointment for a decay removal that had a 50/50 chance of success day before I had to leave.
It did not work. I had to go to the dentist here (uni town), but since I only have EHIC (european health insurance card), only emergencies are covered. Thankfully, nerve removal and temporary filling is considered emergency work. Now I'm just hoping the filling won't fall out until my next trip back home.
After I came back, since I have no friends, I bought a mattress and had to carry it all the way back home myself. It was a Saturday, and the closest to a direct line to my dorm was not running that day. I also happened to miss my stop. In total, changed trains and buses 3 times, and walked more than 30 minutes on foot with a 17kg rolled out mattress over my shoulder.
I need a new bedframe but I refuse to pay IKEA 60 euros to deliver a 99 euro bed frame. Need to make friends with a car haver like yesterday.
The good stuff:
I have a really fancy, expensive phone. Last December I dropped it and the bottom quarter of the screen has been blank since then, but it works. When I went to get it fixed, they quoted 280 euros, which is more than my rent. Thankfully, I am chronically online enough to be able to type without having to see the keyboard so I just dealt with it. I finally went back a week ago, because my parents were exasperated with me. Turns out I had guarantee all this time?? Anyway, so now I am getting my phone fixed for free very soon!!
I got an Ace (one piece) funko pop!!! It's the cutest thing ever!!
I started Judo. Everything hurts but it is so fun!!!
CHAT I PASSED ALL MY EXAMS THIS SEMESTER I COULD DIE HAPPY!!
My GPA went up by 0.2, which isn't as good as I wanted, but PROGRESS!!
I think made new friends? Dorm-mate invited me to her birthday party :)
The summer semester just began for me. Some over-arching goals for this semester are:
Find a way to finance the semester fee for the next winter semester (in other words, get a j*b)
Raise GPA by 0.5
Get the health insurance here, and make sure it covers mental health so I can actually get a diagnosis hopefully
Go to the uni mental health counselling more often till I figure things out
Anyway, that's all the ramblings from me for today. I will start blogging regularly again soon enough. I want to be even more consistent this semester, and I am going to try to figure out fail-safes for my inevitable executive dysfunction because I know I am capable of so much more than my grades show, and I want to see that potential realized.
As always, here is to hoping for better days!!
Restarting my shifting journey.
It's time for a reset.
