More changes!
I keep changing my plans but that’s okay because as long as I am still making strides towards being healthier then I’m on the right path!
So I decided to change my run days to Run/Walk days. I am going to try to walk every day!
I have a problem where some days I literally don’t go outside. I don’t live in the best neighborhood so I don’t like going out too late in the evening so I am going to make the most of the day and drink some water right when I wake up, stretch, and then walk for around an hour.
I also decided to shift this blog slightly towards being about weight loss because I have proved to myself that I can run 3x/week and I want to use this platform to talk more about how in doing in this lifelong journey.
Also I am all about healthy weight loss! I do not have an eating disorder and I am only going to post things that are relevant to a healthy weight loss.
So just for starters, I am currently 273lbs.
So I thought that I would get some more precise measurements up there. I'd really like for everything to be green.
Day 6- Exercise & Steps Not many steps today put I did workout a bit during training session ~ Boston Cream
Did my first yoga workout since September, I meant to start a few days ago but I’ve been rather busy with a teething 👶 😭 😂 Start weight 14 stone
