Cleaning and organizing in my craft studio today and started playing with some yarn. I was given the gold sparkly yarn recently and knew I’d pair it with another yarn so tried it with the white. I liked it but felt rather blah about so thought I’d try it with each of the other shades I was considering to see which one I liked best. Once I completed one pattern repeat in each color, I planned to rip it all out and just use the combo I felt was prettiest. I went from lighter to darker and it turns out I like them all, in this order! So I’m going to keep going until I run out of gold and have myself a new scarf.
