1500-1599 Recap Part 59:

Rebecca gave birth to her youngest children, Helen and Fulke. 

Blanche and Sebastian Voss married, Alice (Beth’s daughter) and Pedro Dalton married, Elizabeth and John met each other for the first time. 

Janet became a teenager  followed by Rebecca’s twins becoming toddlers. Unfortunately both Avis and Fulke died since they failed their child and toddler rolls. 

Then Adrian’s oldest daughters got married Elizabeth and John married and Margaret married her first husband William.

1500-1599 Recap Part 42:

Time passed as Agnes’ twins became toddlers and adorable as did Maud’s son. Rose became a teenager. Gilbert and Rebecca became children and Mary’s youngest Jerome became a toddler. 

I think Rebecca turned out to be a decent mix of her parent’s genetics and Gilbert as well so that was good to see. Rose and those Vlad genes are going strong obviously. I was also surprised to find that she was a vampire too, I wondered at this point if those Vlad genes were going to haunt the vampires of the family.

Year 1571 Part 6:

Blanche had become close friends with a young man named Sebastian Voss who was a travelling merchant. He still wasn’t keen on settling down all that much but when he met her, he said he would have been a fool to let her go. So he asked her father for her hand and the two were wed within the month. 

Alice trusted Thomas to find her a match and he did. The Dalton family in Forgotten Hollow had three eligible bachelors and the chemistry between Pedro and Alice was immediate. The two wed quickly. Alice wouldn’t say the words aloud but she was glad to leave Henford. Her mother and most of her siblings had died there as well as the man she knew as her father. She loved the Carlisles and her little sister but a fresh start was something she realized she needed. Besides, the two towns were fairly close. Visiting would not be difficult.

Year 1553 Part 1:

The Ember household continued to be full of joy while waiting for the new arrival. Stephen’s sister Joyce was coming ever closer to becoming an adult which is what Stephen and Agnes were waiting for so they could prepare to leave to establish a land just for spellcasters where they wouldn’t have to practice their magic in secret but, Joyce surprised them by saying that she wanted to come with them to create their haven one day late into Agnes’s pregnancy. 

Agnes was delighted to know that her sister-in-law would be coming with them though she wondered if she wished to marry in town before they left or find a suitor along the way since she wanted her family to be happy. Though that was still a ways off so Agnes took to enjoying her time with her young children since travel wasn’t possible while pregnant anyways. 

It wasn’t long into the year when Agnes delivered another daughter named Blanche.

Year 1548 Part 4:

Arthur’s birthday became a turning point for the family as joyous events followed in the year. 

Mary and the older son of the Upton family married which lifted Mary’s status as she wished but now that she was wed, she wanted to raise a family up well which her new husband was glad to get trying. She could only hope to be a stellar mother in the years to come. 

While, Stephen and Agnes’s twins grew up taking greatly after their father much to Agnes’s slight disappointment though she wouldn’t say that she wished that she could see more of herself in her kids since she was simply grateful they were healthy and well.

Year 1541 Part 2:

While the older members of the household were busy with each other or around the house, Agnes found that her regular sneaking off with Stephen had made her take ill... in the mornings, or rather all day. She wasn’t showing just yet but she knew that she was with child. Stephen took the news well, they were to be married anyways he supposed. Agnes was not looking forward to having to share the news with her family though and secretly hoped that she was wrong about being with child, that she would move on from the scare, reach adulthood, marry, and then have kids with her beloved Stephen. 

She was not so lucky. Though for the time being no one in the household besides her was even aware that she was with child which she was thankful for since she didn’t want her family to be ashamed of her for not following in the proper order of things.

Year 1540 Part 1:

The new decade started quietly. The children continued with their studies while Anthony took more care in the family home since it would be his one day. 

Arthur was overjoyed that Adrian would soon have his sixth birthday and join him as a child since he was getting a bit lonely as the only child of the household.

Agnes remained close with her eldest brother though that was mostly so that he could make sure their parents were distracted while she snuck off to the bushes with Stephen for some ‘privacy’.

Year 1539 Part 2:

While checking out the empty homes that used to house her family, Agnes was surprised to find them not so empty. In fact, one house was now home to a young man named Stephen and his little sister. Her curiosity got the best of her and she had to meet the boy and it turned out he didn’t even speak Simlish. He did speak Windenburghish though which was good since she had picked up a bit with her cousins before they left. While their conversations left a lot lost in translation, their chemistry was far from lost. 

While no shock to Larissa, Rose’s first birthday arrived and she grew into a lovely little toddler. While the age gap between the Scott kids might prove difficult for the children to relate to one another, Larissa and Gideon were glad to see their son dote on his baby sister and she adored her big brother as well.
