My Biggest Realization From The Past Year is… Perfectionism is my Greatest Enemy Not gonna lie...2021 had some challenges… After 2020 I had a lot of hope that 2021 would be different...but… It was tough dealing with ongoing lockdown and uncertainties. I had to make some adjustments to my expectations which made me feel very stressed. But through all the setbacks and feelings of overwhelm... My biggest realization was Perfectionism is my Greatest Enemy. And that one realization helped me reset, move forward and prioritize the most important things. Now I am ready and looking forward, with expectation, to what is coming towards me and the impact that I am determined to make this year… I know that it's hard to make positive changes in life many times. The world is full of distractions, and it's too easy to lose sight of what really matters. It can be difficult for people to know what they want and how to prioritize their goals. But ... 🌱 What if you always knew the right thing to do at any given moment? 🌱 What if you always felt that inner peace that comes with knowing that you're doing everything right? 🌱 What if you could finally take charge of your life, live the life you want, and feel happy every day? 🌱 How much better would things be? My best advice to anyone struggling with perfectionism is to take it one step at a time, to embrace the unknown, and be kind to yourself. "From where you are now", you can grow into someone that's stronger and wiser! I am curious what you in this community struggled with most and if there were any particular lessons that you have learned? It's entirely possible your lesson or insight could help someone else in the group who is struggling with the same thing, so I would love it if you could share… . . . #stopcravings #beliefmatters #weightlosstransformation #fatloss #womentransformation #clearminds #sugarcravingsgone #brainfogsucks #hormonalbalance #liveaboldlife https://www.instagram.com/p/CZMfvJujQTv/?utm_medium=tumblr
