Stranger Things: S05E06
nothing numbs me better than the stuff
independent, semi-selective, and semi-literate portrayal of mae coleman from reefer madness the musical and the movie-musical. adored by marnie. a study in addiction, denial and abusive relationships.
Some art I made for a Stranger Things verse promotion (coming soon)! I plan on editing the verse to make it more descriptive, and adding more info about Bruce’s limitations (to avoid any misconceptions about him being OP).
Art without effects:
Part 2 of my theories for Stranger Things 5. This theory is about Eddie's death and some parallels i found:
In volume 1 ep1 Eddie tells Mike and Dustin to go find some "lost sheep" giving them that responsabity and later on vol2 ep2 he tells Dustin to find and take care of said "lost sheep" basicly telling him to be the head of the hellfire club(we also know who is the heart cough MIKE cough) and his disciple(along with mike if i can guess) this will be relevant in a second but first we have to go through some parallels. First the "Vecna's cult" campaign because 1)it's about a cult that worships Vecna like Jason thought Eddie did. 2)Dustin gets 11 (on the 20 side die) in damage and still loses, being and obvious parallel to how Eleven couldnt defeat Vecna. In the same game Erica gets a nat 20 and does critical damage(at the same time Lucas wins the basketball game) and i think that is a reference to how both beated the shit out of Jason and his friend(Erica doing critical damage with thay kick in the balls) and lastly 3)Mike and Dustin were both out(Mike because he ran out of hit points and Dustin because he didnt do enough damage backfiring to him basicly). Lets have in mind that when you run out of HP in D&D you can be resurrected, by who? By a cleric. Who's a cleric? Will the wise, same guy who is believed to have powers. I think there is a teeny tiny possibility of Eddie getting resurrected by Will or smth(of course in this case dustin being the parallel to eddie not doing enough damage to the demobats and getting "killed" by them and mike representing eddie fighting against vecna and having a possibility of getting resurrected, still there is a possibility of a bad thing happening to Mike in s5 and Will having to use his powers on him but idk).
So yeah. I think this would make some sense and would actually make volume 2 less shitty bc it would have to do with the plot of s5. So if the Suffer brothers need a writer they can call. Still fuck them.

Even though Ren had been in Hawkins for a few months now she still refused to unpack because what was the use of doing it to pack right back up again? Besides until today no one else besides Dean had been in her room and she highly doubted Eddie Munson cared about if she had blank walls or was living out of boxes for the time being.
Ignoring Dean's yell of KEEP THE DOOR OPEN IF YOU HAVE A BOY IN YOUR ROOM! she pushed the door shut with her foot and motioned around for Eddie to sit. "So, neither one of us want to be partnered up together for this so let me write the assignment, I'll make it look like you helped, and put your name on it. You get a passing grade and I don't get suspended for punching the head cheerleader. Deal?"

SMALL TOWN SCARIES - NETFLIX’S STRANGER THINGS VERSE
Dr. Lisle, a scientist working in the biomedical and nuclear fields, thinks he’s discovered a portal to Hell, but when he tries to show his colleagues and publicize his findings, he is quickly dismissed as delusional and removed from his teaching position at a prestigious university. With his career tanked and his sanity slipping, he seeks to spread the word to anyone who will listen, and eventually forms a group known as New Revelations, which centers around the belief that only a being with origins in both “Hell” (the Upside Down) and Earth can grant them passage to Heaven. And so they create Haven (and a handful of others) using tissue from a “hell-beast”/”demon” (a Demogorgon) and from a human.
A former colleague now working for Hawkins Lab tips Lisle off about strange happenings in Hawkins, Indiana, so Lisle moves the cult and its creatures to the small unassuming town in order to further his research. They park their caravan of trailers just at the edge of town.
Haven and her “siblings” are allowed to venture out into town, but their strict sunset curfew prevents them from building any kind of late-night social life with locals their age. Whenever someone asks why the new kids in town don’t attend Hawkins High, the answer is simple: They’re “homeschooled”.
note: In this verse, Haven’s abilities are limited to opening gates to the Upside Down and electricity manipulation
