❤️STRAWBERRY TOAST🍓 Quick recipe suggestion!!! 1. Toast the bread of your choice - dark rye, multigrain, bagel or baguette 🥖 2. Top with Nutella, Peanut Butted or Philly cream cheese 3. A drizzle of Honey is optional 4. Serve with a big cup of tea or ☕️ 5. Have a fantastic day because you had a yummy breakfast which was healthy 😉😁 Sometimes I get asked whether eating bread and peanut butter is bad for you. It's not of course, but given it's a New Year and many of you are working on a Health Goal, I'm working on a piece about what being Healthy means... To me being healthy means feeding your body well to live well and also eating foods you like! Health is about Balance, and I always need that coming into Friday and the weekend!!!
