I vaguely recall reading somewhere a while ago that you should exercise in a certain order (but I can’t remember exactly what)
It was something along the lines of you should do Cardio BEFORE weights/strength else if you do it after you ‘‘undo’‘ the work of muscle building/toning that you worked for... does this make sense? Is this true?? Help please... Many thanks...
