Throwing the 💯's till we can't no more... had a crazy chest and tri session with the homie @taofik_yusuf and @dabi_fitlife last night. For instance we did a flat bench drop set non-stop starting with 235lbs for 5 reps, then down to 185lbs for 10, then 135lbs for 20, then 95lbs 40, then rep the bar for 100 (*optional ⤵️ follow with 25 cable crossovers to equal 200 reps of chest). The key was to do twice as many reps as the previous weight before the drop. Shit was crazy AND still just a small fraction of all the work we did.
