My Notes: Goodness, this one was a hard one to start reading because Bucky is a mad scientist who is obssessed with his work to bring people back from the dead. Steve dies and Bucky brings him back from the dead, and he's modified Steve's body without his consent. It's my trust in Relenafanel that pushed me to continue reading and I'm soooo glad I did. But this is a darker fic. Why this fic needs to be read: Bucky's POV Bucky falling for Steve, the two of them being adorable with their crushes Sam. His friendship with Steve, his friendship with Bucky, how he's sooo sure they would've been perfect for each other, had Steve been alive Steve's anger at what Bucky did Bucky being ok with Steve's anger Steve is a ball of anger Steve is not subtle at all Steve does kill people and Bucky figgures it out Bucky's history and back story... <3 Bucky's professionalism, and competence The history and horrors of the house. The ending is perfect.(though, I am left with the lingering feeling, what will happen to Steve after Bucky dies?)

That's when he finds the ad on Craigslist looking for a self-defense instructor for the local rec center. Bucky figures he can teach which he knows.    In which Bucky Barnes teaches self-defense, asks about pronouns, steals Steve's ice cream, gets in trouble with the press, and eventually realizes that, yes, his mother would be proud of him. My Notes: Basically Post-WS, Bucky turns himself into Steve and Sam. Now they live in Avengers towers and Bucky picks up teaching self defense. <3 Why this fic needs to be read: Bucky teaching self defense (that alone is like 5 stars :D) Gender and sexual identity Steve is important to Buck, so is his family. Bucky's love for his mother Bucky being a safe guy for all the girls Bucky being protective of his students Steve goes to art school Bucky healing mentally and emotionally Nat is awesome no matter what :D Bucky walking one of the girls to planned parenthood and all the events that that entails Bucky and Steve's love of ice cream Everything about this fic is awesome so I'm gunna stop before I list out the entire story. :D

But while chatting with Reena_jenkins​, she rec-ed me this one, saying its one of them that almost made her cry. How could I NOT listen to it!
