10072019 | 25, 26, 27/100 days of productivity 

The past three days have been full of classes and field trips. I finally sent off the first round of reports to Prof S, one of my script deadlines got pushed back, and the readings for this set of classes are pretty manageable. It’s been good. 

On the non-academic/work-related side of things, social interaction is still tough as heck, but I’m doing my best not to project my own insecurities onto my interactions with people. Trying to be reflexive over here, and not let the overthinking get the better of me 🙃

hi everyone! it’s dani – you might know me as “studentcandy”. i started this blog in october of 2015, and ever since i have connected with many studyblrs in the community, gained friends and learned new study skills. 

unfortunately, in late 2016, i took a break from blogging as i was completing my final high school exams at that time. now that i’m in university, although i still have a tight schedule, i find myself struggling with my studying and academics which is why i want to be more active on here.

SO, i want to restart (w/o deleting old posts) restart as in find my place in the community again. i felt as though i have lost contact with the friends i used to have here, lost my “studyblr” grind and the community has grown sooo much (which is great) while i was gone. 

here am i, with a new icon and new web layout!! 

i want to know whats new, and i want to make new friends. please, please message me as i’d love to talk to all of you! please help spread this so i can connect with more bloggers out there!

072117 It’s been a while since I posted but oh well. I want a productive start to the semester so here I finished some japanese self study. We took conversational japanese last semester but I want to speak nihongo well so I kept going.
