Baked stuffed meatballs with pasta
Giant mozzarella stuffed meatballs

Stuffed meat balls (makes 12)
Ingredients:
· 500g mince meat
· 12 1x1cm cubes of mozzarella
· 1 bunch of basil (chopped)
· 1 egg
· 1 garlic clove (chopped)
· ¼ cup of breadcrumbs
· 1 tsp of chili garlic powder
· 1 pinch salt
Method:
1. Mix all ingredients together except mozzarella.
2. Divide in 12 parts and form balls.
3. Make a hole and place mozzarella then cover and roll.
4. Fry on medium heat for 3 mins on each side.
5. Add pasta sauce of your choice, leave to simmer for 10 minutes.
6. Garnish with basil leaves and mozzarella.
