My ‘take’ on nasi goreng using instant rice medley (brown rice, red rice & wild rice), a small capsicum, a mini gold sweet potato, 2 celery stalks, a medium brown onion and a 2-egg omelet, all fried with a tablespoon of sambal belacan, a splash of kecap manis and light soya sauce to taste.
