You can't tell me that Sullivan and Opera aren't extremely proud about any weight iruma is gaining.

They took in that tiny, starving child that ate leaves in order to survive and get to see him grow up and become healthy.

Nothing was more fun than clocking Sullivan in his second scene and watching him try to hide his queerness untill Episode 5. He could have tried a little harder to pretend he wasn't just staying to protect and teach the only queer person he was in charge of. He was such a king and my favorite character. It was hard to watch him fall apart, and honestly his later scenes just broke me. He deserved better.

I feel like it's been so long since I saw Sullivan and Opera 😭😭 so much relief when they appear, I swear...

THIS SCENE. ough my heart bursts,,,

cause ofc he is relieved and nearly crying—he knows what's beyond that gate. he knows that Iruma could have gone "home" but he chose to be here. that Iruma feels at home with him and Opera. that Iruma is loved and happy here. that even if he could go back to the humans, he chooses to be with them.

and oh, if that's not love. to know that you will be chosen after all is said and done. to know that you are the home to someone you love.
