Be Willing To See What You Observe

We are living in astrological times that require us to SEE what is going on while at the same time to stand back and OBSERVE.

For example, I've been following a particular IG account that speaks in some very vitriolic ways about several individuals. The information he brings up is valid, and this I SEE and acknowledge. But I also OBSERVE he's really enjoying the vitriol, and that has me going "hmmm."

It's a good way to use today's Virgo Moon that will be Void of Course for 21 hours starting at 7:11am ET. It will end its void of course period on Tuesday at 5:02am ET when the Moon moves into Libra.

During this void of course Moon there is a sextile between the Sun in Taurus and the North Node in Pisces at 7°, an invitation to "go higher" with your observations.

In the above example, I will not deny the truth of what this individual is saying, but I am weighing it based on the vitriolic "glee" in which he is delivering this information. Maybe he's skewing the information in a way that it's "almost" true, but not fully true. We'll see.

It would be very easy right now for me to dismiss the information because I'm judging (i.e. I truly dislike) his attitude. But Virgo is looking for the details; the details that make all the difference.

And judging versus observing is often what keeps us from seeing the truth.

These individuals must rely upon their ego to stay in alignment with their spiritual path. A relationship with an important male figure reflects the lessons of their north node. They naturally feel drawn towards what's right for them but must make a conscious effort to stay focused. Understanding and exploring their sense of self-expression is important and will help them develop their ego. They cannot rely upon external circumstances to push them onto the right path. People with this aspect have to forge their own destinies. Relying upon their innate skills and natural talents will aid in this process. Conforming to the standards of society rather than remaining authentic will hinder their spiritual progress.

Encourage Others - Encourage Self

On many levels, and for many reasons, I "encourage" you to encourage others. Encouragement - to bolster or boost someone's courage in themself - is a tool not used nearly enough.

At SiriusJoy.com where I am one of the contributing Astrologers, we do a Daily Pep Talk, encouraging you to use the transits in ways that help you love yourself, overcome wounding, and live your heart.

But there are a lot of people in this world who receive no daily encouragement from anyone, and least of all from themselves.

The request from the Cosmos today is to encourage and support others, so says the sextile between the Sun in Taurus and the North Node in Pisces at 25°. And because you understand the laws of energy, that encouragement will come back to you at a time when you need it most.

There are a lot of good people out there; they are your neighbors, co-workers, and staffers at your favorite business. Think how much more life-giving your neighborhood, workplace and local business would be if those individuals were encouraged to keep going when times are rough, and to always be their best.
