Ok i flipped a coin on which bird themed oc with daddy issues I would talk about and landed on Elio Santana. Here's how we can make high ranking bureaucratic clerks sexy: make him a hummingbird themed fighter and vigilante. The vigilante, naturally, has daddy issues and a strong sense of justice, further clouded by more daddy issues.
