I like the headcanon that Bobby was probably an idol who later became a manager and that's why he treats the girls so well, since he knows how hard the industry is on idols (I don't remember the exact post I read about it but it was along these lines)

But it would make sense why he's so unbothered by the Huntrix shenanigans because Bobby would've probably been an idol around the time the Sunlight Sisters were still active. He's experienced this before, he's used to it. Bobby probably thinks they're just trying to keep a part of the concept of their mentors in their honor or something.

Huntrix just jumped out of a plane to land on stage? Bobby remembers the Sunlight Sisters doing something similar before, what a nice callback.

They're singing about killing demons? Hey that was a concept the Sunlight Sisters did too how sweet of them.

The girls are fighting because Rumi is thinking differently about demons? Oh man, he remembers the Sunlight Sisters going through something similar because Rumi's mom was saying the same things as her. And pretty sure "demon" is still keyword for a guy she's seeing, which he's 90% sure is Rumi's dad. Like mother like daughter huh.

He's probably so desensitised because of that🤣

Huntrix being sent back in time, sunlight sisters immediately square up seeing Rumi with patterns and Huntrix are begging them to listen and that they’re from the future. It doesn’t work but they’re stopped by miyeong who tells the other two “can’t you see who she is?? This is definitely Celine’s daughter” and Rumi’s too shocked to even correct her

Celine’s like so offended but she can’t deny that the girl speaks like her and has her exact mannerism and she does know a lot about her

Zoey was canonically a Sunlight Sisters fan, so I’d imagine getting recruited for Huntr/x was a bit like getting sold to One Direction for her

Hands down one of my favorite moments of 2025 was when a whole quadrant of us watched Kpop Demon Hunters and got obsessed with the sad middle-aged woman who has all of two and a half minutes of screentime.

Also how we all watched those two and a half minutes and collectively went “that there is a lesbian.” The doomed yuri energy was too strong…
