Today was a great day to get out and be active.
We are now four days into this weeks challenge of skipping/jumping. It is really important to remember that you can do this, now is the time to push you’re self past your limits. It is also key that you keep well hydrated and energised to get the best out of your workout.
We also suggest that if you have the time get out and do a 15-20 minute walk either before or after you complete your challenge for the day.
Remember this is you’re chance to make a difference.
