Apologises for being MIA this past week, we have been super busy. We are loving the messages and pictures you have been sending us about the challenges. It is great to hear that they are motivating ye to get up and be active.
This week starting today we are going to try something completely new. Starting with three days of home work outs.
Day 1 - Will work on exercising your lower body.
10 reps x 4 sets - squats
10 reps x 4 sets - Back Lunge
10 reps x 4 sets- Sumo Squat
10 reps x 4 sets - Lateral Lunge
Each exercise is to performed 10 times. There is 4 exercise’s in this set, which must be repeated 4 times.

Day 2- Will work on exercising your upper body.
10 reps x 3 sets- Front arm raises (dumbbell, or if you don't have you can use water bottles, or canned food ) Two arms raised out infant of you.

10 reps x 3 sets- Side arm raises (dumbbell) Two arms raised out to the side.

10 reps x 3 sets- Over head press (dumbbell) Two arms raised straight up above head.
