It's mentioned that the Suriel is a species and that even though there aren't many of them, there is a number of them in Prythian. I think it would be so cool for Feyre, Nesta, and Elain meet another one

Cradle is low-key one of my favorite series of all time, but can I just talk about Suriel for a sec?

I just can’t stop thinking about how she comes down to save this weird giant toddler-man and give him a pep-talk like, “Hey man, keep working hard and you’ll get there eventually! :D” and Lindon immediately internalizes this as “Oh! I’ll just never stop working hard ever again!”

As the greatest healer in all creation I can’t imagine that wasn’t concerning for her. Imagine telling a 5 year old that if she practices every day then eventually she’ll be able to beat up the monster under her bed. Now imagine you see her in the back yard punching trees every day for months before one day showing up with a dead Boogeyman in one hand and it’s spine (which she has made into a sword somehow) in the other.

I would be concerned.

was reading up on your characters on toyhouse and i noticed Mare and Suriel are both kids of Lilith, would they ever meet? or know of each other's existence? in a hypothetical, if they knew of one another, what would their opinion be since i mean, they're technically half-siblings, right?? but one is a half-angel and the other a demon (fully?? i think??) just overall curious bc i love lore/info like this! i find Lilith to be such an interesting character of yours in general too (and i also adore her design, the serpent tattoo is a genius touch to me!) so idk i like learning more abt all of them and whatnot :]

I don't usually hear people going through my toyhouse to really ask stuff like this so this is incredibly flattering, thank you! As for your question, they do meet. Suriel is aware of Lilith having many other children than him, and Mare knows this as well. But Mare doesn't really know much about /any/ of her siblings, let alone knowing if any of them would be angels. Mare's not really allowed outside of Hell for her own personal safety, as many children of Lilith are killed in the mortal world. Part of Lilith's role is having her offspring (Lilim) be part of hell's numbers, so its inevitable that Mare comes across various Lilim. But she doesn't know much of what they are like outside of the ones she may see in passing. She'd probably get to learn more about her siblings if she was put in the same position as them, but she isn't, since she's supposed to be Asmodeus's heir (should something happen to him). Princess treatment, literally. That being said, Suriel meets Mare once as a child. But Mare does not get to properly talk to him until she's an adult. She wants to connect with him. He's not as open to the idea.
