anakin on clone wars deployment :
it's so funny to see people say hayden christensen only doing star wars means his career failed. or that him celebrating the movies is somehow negative. babes. he's darth vader. he literally could do nothing else for the rest of his life bc he's darth fucking vader.
one of the most disappointing things about andor season 2 to me is the complete disregard of cassian's characterisation in rogue one and thus the lack of build-up to said characterisation. we never see him do any kill missions or anything that sets him up as the man who kills tivik with ease and yet remorse in his introductory scene in rogue one. where is the seasoned rebel assassin. the ruthless rebel spy who weighs his guilt and his duty and picks duty every time (until he didn't, with jyn). where is that man
honestly despite how star wars fans act about it, the biggest sign with how filoni treats the star wars universe is that he thought he could just give anakin a padawan like its no big deal instead of the biggest retcon ive seen in any story in my entire life.
talk to anyone whos seen star wars but doesnt watch the cartoons or whatever and tell them anakin HAD A PADAWAN and was ~a different type of jedi master~ and theyll tell you thats the dumbest thing theyve ever heard.
Love when my adhd mingles with my sibling's and we come up with a full epic length retelling of two of the star wars trilogies
[Lying to myself:] Woah I can't believe they brought back Legends-style cloning in disney Star Wars... if you're going to do it then do it like in Heir to the Empire— when it was introduced with the character Joruus C'aboth; what a neat reference to Thrawn's first appearance! —it should be some years after the New Republic is established :). Our Sabine was obviously replaced with force-sensitive clone Sabiine. Actual Sabine must've headed out on the search for Ezra earlier and hasn't come back... hope she's doing well and makes it home... miss you girl... Clearly this is the only explaination for Sabi(i)ne to be force-sensitive and they didn't mess her character up badly! Haha I bet the non-legends fans are totally confused about why Sabi(i)ne just seems a little bit off all the time ;)
