Floral macarons that melt in your mouth are delicate and fragrant. These delicate treats are ideal for formal occasions and tea parties.
Ingredients: 125g almond flour. 200g powdered sugar. 100g egg whites aged, at room temperature. 30g granulated sugar. Food coloring desired color. Floral essence rose, lavender, etc..
Instructions: Put parchment paper or a silicone baking mat on a baking sheet. Put powdered sugar and almond flour through a sieve and mix them in a bowl. Throw away any big pieces that are still in the sieve. Beat the egg whites in a different bowl until they get foamy. Slowly add the granulated sugar while beating the mixture. Beat until stiff, shiny peaks form. Carefully fold the dry ingredients that have been sifted into the egg white mixture two or three times. It should be easy to spread out and flow like lava. Color the batter with a few drops of food coloring and flower essence as well. Gently fold to mix while keeping the consistency of the batter. The batter should be put into a piping bag with a round tip. Put small rounds of batter on the baking sheet that has been prepared. To get rid of any air bubbles, tap the baking sheet on the counter. After you pipe the macarons, leave them at room temperature for 20 to 30 minutes or until a skin forms on top. This helps make the feet that are typical of macarons while they're baking. Prepare the oven by heating it up to 300F 150C. Put the baking sheet with the macarons in it and heat it up. Bake them for 15 to 18 minutes, turning them over halfway through. When the macarons are set and don't move when you touch them, they are done. After taking the macarons out of the oven, let them cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet. Then, move them to a wire rack to cool all the way down. Once the macarons are completely cool, you can fill them with jam, buttercream, or ganache that tastes like flowers. Put macaron shells of the same size next to each other and use a small amount of filling to hold them together. Before you eat them, put the filled macarons in a container that won't let air in and put it in the fridge for 24 hours. This lets the flavors mix and the texture come together. Before you serve, let the macarons cool down to room temperature. Enjoy the light floral tastes!

Add the dry ingredients to the wet ones one at a time and mix just until everything is combined. This recipe calls for semisweet chocolate chips, milk chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, and chopped nuts, if you want to use them. Place rounded tablespoons of cookie dough about 2 inches apart on the baking sheets that have been prepared. Put it in an oven that is already hot and bake it for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the middle is still a little soft.
