Ingredients: 2 cups old-fashioned oats. 2 ripe bananas, mashed. 1/4 cup chopped nuts walnuts or pecans. 2 cups milk dairy or non-dairy. 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon. 1/4 teaspoon salt. Optional toppings: additional sliced bananas, nuts, or drizzle of maple syrup.
Instructions: In a bowl, combine oats, mashed bananas, chopped nuts, milk, maple syrup or honey, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well.
