Anyone know anything about swim conditioning?
I need to start seriously swimming in order to get fit for swim tests in my field. I have to be able to swim >200 m freestyle quickly (not worried about that), swim underwater breath holding for like 120m, and pike free dive 30ft to get a weight from the bottom of a pool. I know how to swim, but I've never swam competitively so I don't know anything about it. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how to train for these different tests?
Last day of dry-land conditioning before we hit the pool on Monday...
It sucked so bad.

100 flutters
30 kickouts
50 crossovers
5 minutes of high-medium-low

3 minutes high medium low
30 pushups

It doesn't hurt as bad as last time, so hopefully I'm adjusting. :D I was the only girl at conditioning out of 15 boys today and I still beat a couple of them at running. >:D I AM WOMAN HEAR ME ROAR.
