In the first, the emphasis is on the Terran - e.g. tar tlhutlhlaw'ta' HIqvetlh tlhutlhta'bogh tera'ngan'e' I think that the Terran who drank that ale has been poisoned
In the second, the emphasis is on the ale - e.g. tar ngaSlaw' HIqvetlh'e' tlhutlhta'bogh tera'ngan I think that the ale that the Terran drank may have been poisoned
