Hate hate hate how people are like "Oh your headmate is hurting someone? Just shove them down and don't let them front!" NO!! DON'T DO THAT!! No matter what, your headmates are still your headmates. They are still a part of yourselves. Suppressing your headmates is NOT healthy! I understand being worried about them harming someone, but suppressing them is not the solution.
Some of our headmates want(ed) to/try (or tried) to hurt us and others and to deal with that, we:
Talk about it with them and try to understand why they're doing what they're doing
Try to help them understand that they don't have to hurt people, it's not good to hurt people, help them learn alternatives to hurting people, etc
When they front, we try to make sure someone else is fronting with them so they can't hurt anyone
That's just what worked for us though, everyone is different, but we're hoping sharing this'll help someone.

quick shoutout to persecutors, prosecutors, anger holders, or anyone who is stigmatised and labeled as "violent" or "rude" in the plural community ! i love you all ^_^
*what people think being plural is like: "we have to kill spiderman"
*what being plural is actually like:
You should support all your headmates actually. Even the bad ones.
I mean it.
Support your controversial headmates. Support your harmful headmates.
Support the headmates who are a little bit too aggressive in headspace
Support the problematic fictives who are sourced connected/act like their source
Support the problematic factives. The true crime criminals who would do it again. The infamous celebrity who doesn't care or regret their source's actions.
Support the persecutors and prosecutors who hurt people. Don't care if they hurt people. Are actively hurting people.
Support the headmates who are "evil". Who self-identify as such. Who want to be and be seen as such.
Support the headmates who are bigoted. Who spout racism, homophobia, transphobia, antisemitism, etc freely. Who have internalised bigotry. Who see nothing wrong with their views. Who know their views are wrong and don't care anyway.
Support the headmates so starved for attention that they'll write whatever bigoted nonsense in the hopes people will start calling them out and giving them attention.
Support the headmates who are transID. Who are radqueer. Who are harmful paraphiles. Who are whatever-the-fuck-contact. You think spiting them in your head will do anything?
It doesn't matter if you don't like them, or if you want them dead. You don't have to encourage their actions, or agree with them to support them. But for Christ's sake, we're all sharing the same body whether we like it or not. Make it hurt less for the rest of us, why don't you?
They talk about harm reduction or whatever. Acceptance is the first step, isn't it? So accept them. Accept us.
we put a flag we made on pluralpedia
it's for prosecutor because the page was empty as buns and we didnt like using persecutor because. cyano isn't a persecutor.
its kinda like a stripe inverted persecutor flag and the three inner ones kinda share the perse flag meaning but who give a gaf. so like heres the meanings:
Black (the dark blurple) : protection
blue: trauma and maladaptive behavior
pink (top one) : healing oneself
dark magenta (middle) : healing internally
purple (bottom) : healing externally
