T25 alpha results. I have loose skin already collecting around my stomach but that’s to be expected. Pretty happy so far though. Onto T25 beta tomorrow!

I just finished the last Total Body Circuit of Alpha T25.
I can say that it was a lot easier to do. I didn’t have to stop constantly to catch my breath. I can now go trough the Lunge Squat Progression without feeling like I’m gonna die, so that’s pretty cool!
I also noticed that the dip bellow my belly is a lot smaller this morning than I remember it.
So y’all, I may not have lost a million pounds, but that dip is almost gone!
I can see how my body is changing and that makes me super excited for Beta round! Which, coincidently, stars next week! :)
Today is Week 3, day 4!
So Cardio!
This week has kicked my ass! I’ve woken up incredibly EXHAUSTED every single day!
No soreness, I’m just tired.
I know I didn’t feel too great about yesterday’s work out, but I’m hoping for better this morning!
Week 3, Day 2
So today was Speed 1.0!
I was doing pretty good, but my husband kept interrupting!
I was on a roll, I knew I was going to nail it!
But because I stopped several times I got tired very quickly.
I noticed that it was WAY easier to do the burpee + leg kicks though!
So I’m not discouraged!
Weekend Wannabe
This past weekend was an extended one for me & I didn’t do so well with my healthy eating plan. I always struggle on weekends and this one was the epitome of these struggles. I ate a bunch of junk and drank a bunch of booze and didn't exercise at all. Yesterday, however, I started T25 and followed 21DF. I even woke up and did my workout this morning before work! I've got my calendar all planned out and I'm going to do T25 @ 0500 on my days that I work and at 1700 on the days I have off. I also cooked some meals and measured out some snacks for 21DF ahead of time for this weekend as well. I feel like this is going to be a good week! One day at a time I'm going to power through!

Cardio!
After a bad bought of tonsillitis and a dislocated shoulder I’m back on the T25 wagon!!
Cardio felt great today, Mainly stuck with the modifier but I stepped it up at points.
Start weight 16 stone 11 pounds

I feel like I am doing pretty well with this new workout program, even though I have to modify a lot. That being said, I have a question for everyone who started Focus T25 who were pretty out of shape:
Did you struggle with the abs interval video the most during alpha phase? For me, it’s the hardest one but the one I sweat the least on. The moves just seemed extremely hard for me, and I don’t know if it’s because my gut is getting in the way or what. There is also little burn afterwards, which makes me really feel like I am failing at it. Does it get better the more you do it? Every other workout really feels like I am making a difference, but this one I just keep feeling like I am doing it wrong.
